We love a good recovery shake here at EDS and we all know the importance of it for recovery and general health.
We thought we should share this one with you as its our go-to and ticks all the boxes!
Greta blend of proteins, some carbs, micro nutrients and most of all it tastes great!
Recipe is: ( this makes approx 500ml of smoothie)
400ml Almond milk
2 Teaspoons of Vital Greens
2 Scoops of Combat Whey Vanilla Protein (available in our online store)
A decent scoop of Greek High Protein Yoghurt
1 heaped teaspoon of Almond butter
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
Frozen blueberries
Can ad the option of a bananas to ad to the carb content if needed.
Blend it up and enjoy!
Tip for the warmer days, ad some ice in there as well for a cooler smoothie!
